Mystery Ranch customer service went above and beyond for me. I had a problem with my pop up 18 frame where the two posts up top in the pop up or extended position were uneven. About an inch or so height difference. I contacted customer service and sent them some pics. They agreed that something was odd with the frame and sent me a shipping label to send it back. For some reason I was not able to download and/or print the label, I also contacted ups to no avail. Another label was sent out and same problem. Was going to ship on my dime to them but before I could they said they would send me a frame and I could keep that and send mine back. Ok cool, sounded good to me. When the package arrived it was a new pack with price tags from Bob Wards on it! I can only assume that they have no more in stock due to the popularity of this pack and they actually went to a store to buy a pack to take care of me!! Wow I did not expect that. Anyways I had to change my medium belt for the large belt the new frame came with and exchange my old bag as there was nothing wrong with it, and wound up with a brand new frame.
I have another MR pack called the Daily that is a solid pack as well. I use it for work and pack it pretty good as a carryon for trips, too bad it is no longer made. I think they have a customer for life, at this point I see no reason to go anywhere else. Really impressed with how they went out of their way for a customer.
