Mystery Ranch Cabinet - Daypack Lid

Have any of you guys run the MR cabinet with a daypack lid? How does it work? I’m looking to expand my pack’s capacity a little and am really trying to avoid clipping gear to the exterior. Also, do you guys know where they would have them for sale other than the MR site? They are sold out of all color options.

Crew cab is a bit heavier built. .mil version of the cabinet

I found one on ebay after watching for weeks. I used it once and decided it wasn’t useful. Not a good purchase. I now use it for travel to keep shower and shave stuff in.

Interesting. I have found it to be really useful, to add further volume as well as act as a "cap" to the pack, especially when loaded up and/or using a dry bag in the load carriage area. Also doubles as a simple 'summit pack' for a quick glassing session, stalk, etc.
