Hey guys and gals! I know this is a bit of an unusual post but one of my best friends needs help. We were in the Air Force together and have been close for 15 years or so. He's a pilot and one of the nicest guys you'll meet. He is currently medically grounded from his job flying for United. He has a problem with his lower back which will likely require surgery. He is in the veteran based competition where the winner will receive a fully funded stem cell treatment which could potentially fix the problem, without surgery, and get him flying again.
