Okay so when is the rest of the inventory going to be put on sale?

My company had sold $200K of product to kmart before they went bankrupt a few years back. By calling and pestering them, we got paid about 100k of that shortly before they went under. Still owed us 100k.

Instead of getting the last 100k, we were forced to SEND BACK the first 100k, for the court to determine should it be spread out among everyone else who had been owed and didn't get anything. It was argued that it was unfair for us to be paid even half of what we were owed, and other business all MUCH LARGER than us, got nothing. That nearly cost us everything, almost made us close up.

It sucks all the way around. And unless you get paid on delivery, or ahead of time, this could happen to you.

Add me to the camp of those that were owed nothing but appreciate the courage it took to come on here. I was never a BO customer. Though I'm a lifelong hunter, I'm just getting into western hunting and nothing yet that requires the hardcore backcountry type gear...YET.

This one hits personally for me because I am in a different sort of business. Not business so much as profession. I'm in the public eye so I take my public beating. Often from people without the facts but all the opinion and platform in the world. I'd often love the opportunity to respond but I am limited in what I can say.

@ktowncamo does not appear to have much to gain by putting himself out there like this. He isn't in business, doesn't appear to have anything on the imminent horizon, but wanted to share his perspective. Likely knowing he'd take some shots. I'll add that I'm sorry for those who lost out as part of this. I can understand some hard feelings for you folks.

Yup. It's really fun when they start pounding on your kids cause they don't like you.
