Well, for about 4K I could have my near perfect scope.

S&B Stratos 1.5-8x42 in stock at Eurooptic. S&B can retrofit a 9.8 mil of elevation low profile locking elevation turret. They can also switch the reticle to a FDP3 to give windage holds (FFP scope). Looks like Eurooptic came across some old stock as ther are the push button illumination selection, but S&B would have to replace that with a dial (preffered) to replace the reticle.

At 2K for the scope and about $2k to make the changes I want, I think this one will slip away forever given that S&B no longer makes this version of the Stratos.

There is a nice 3-12x54 Polar T96 with a great reticle and turrets. Still pricey, and a big scope, but weight is nice. https://www.eurooptic.com/Schmidt-B...neItemId=69dad12d-5f74-45f1-a257-7fff822c0512

The 3-12x50 PMII is similar, better elevation turret, but heavier.

I should just get a RS1.2, and given the cost difference probably will.
