My Garmin xero Chrono won't turn on...help.

So I've used it half a dozen times. Ran the battery down, charged it once. Now it won't turn on at all. Plug it in, nothing. Tried all the factory reset buttons, nothing. Any ideas?

Try connecting it via USB to a computer and let it sit to charge for a while. I had this happen after I let my inreach battery drain all off season. It wouldn’t come back to life when I charged it on the wall but did when connected to a computer for some reason.

Weird. If the above doesn't work, call or email Garmin. I'm sure it'll be handled pretty easily.

I'll give that a shot. I mean the screen protector is still on it. I've had it for a year now. It's only seen a charger once. Surely the battery isn't junk.

If you have a computer AND Garmin Express, plug it in and open Garmin Express and see what happens. I'd bet you need to get it charged fully AND you probably have some software updates. (Garmin recommends charging for 4 hours and if still no luck, unplug, replug and try to charge again for 4 hours). Good luck.

PS - although unlikely, make sure you are pressing button 2 for on/off, not button 1 as some might think.
