I had a great time in Alaska this year. I harvested this ram opening morning at 7am. 1- 275 yard shot, put the ram down from my 7mm rem mag, 162 gr. Hornady SST bullet. The ram was 36 1/2" long and had 13 1/4" bases. He was aged at 10 years old by the State Trooper but he also said he was not the best at aging rams. My guide figured him at a solid 11. Either way he is a great ram and I am very pleased with a flared ram with lamb tips. I did not see a grizzly on the hunt, but others did. The climb and decent were very hard for me. I hunted with Jonah's Alaskan Outfitters. JJ

Thats a good example of an age legal ram. His flare creates that impossible to reach full sinario. My first Brooks ram was legal by age standards too.
Good work, the rest of the late Brooks hunters encountered weather.
