Maverick, amazing you can laugh at a human dying on a flight while family members watched. Classy.

Yea. I typically aim for the bullseye. Some guys might do it different.

I want the exact drop@300/400/500 yards, so I am at the bull and measure. Imo, I don't want me shooting at me with my shit 55 yo .270, crap scope and a " shot out barrel". I am 30 days from this ass kicking 12k hunt and will kill my ram with my 65 yo .270, with the same shit gold ring that I have killed hundreds of game with. I have missed 3 shots, over 50 years with my supergrade. I have no worries on the sheep or bow mulie tag. Some bench shoot, some kill. So bash on rockslide. Home after 23 hours, dead passenger in flite ,prayers to her family sitting in the same row.

You aren’t factoring in the altitude. At 18,000’ that projectile will be dead center.

Never said 18k feet. 12,800 is base camp. Tone down your bs. I will know how both rifles shoot@elevation. You will never need to.

Are the hikes covered up part of the same shot string at 300?
After polishing the dome dreaming about my next bench shooting session, I got a hot barrel, pulled the rifle, and ran sideways, shooting off hand, simulating a typical hunting scenario, John Wick style.

Yes or no. It’s really a fairly simple question.
Because what it looks like, according to your handwriting. Your 300 yard group is 6 inches.

Let’s be honest you’re not running anywhere John Wick style. Lol

Good luck and dont let and dirty rockslider steal your SOAL (sheep of a lifetime)

DBOAL like the guy from that movie with Ice Cube.

Have you checked on a ballistic calculator to see if your measured drop matches with your variables? Confirming might help when you get to your hunting altitude.
