Muzzle Break on 7mm mag Tikka T3x superlite?

MBM 4 port mini baby beast 9/16-24 threads. Just got it back. It's not turned down but ever so slightly tapered in back to match barrel.

I have a 7mm mag with “the answer” gen 3 microbastard. My smith did 1/2x28 If what I’m reading here is correct then my gun want threaded properly? I’m sure he redo it but it be out of the break. Why would the sell a break that wouldn’t work. Kind of new around here just asking the pros

I didn’t say it is a tikka superlite, I did sight it in last weekend and it was shooting fine? I get that it could be a problem over time?
