Looking to buy a pack with meat hauling capabilities, and enough space for 3-4 days for an elk hunt. Can’t afford to go with a new top of the line pack, but want a good pack since this will be my first backpacking elk trip. Looking at getting the slumberjack deadfall 65 if I cannot find a better used option.

My budget is around $250. I know that’s not going to get me the best pack around, but I’d rather hate the pack and go hunting than not go at all.
