Mule Deer CO 3rd Season newby scouting help

I'm heading to CO 11/9-16 on my first muley trip to the CO Springs area on private land (1,200 acres and abuts national forest). The landowner recently purchased this tract, so he does not have much knowledge of the property. Would anyone help me e-scout this area and develop a strategy for my several days there? I'll certainly compensate for your time. Much appreciated!

The deer are there or they are not. 1200 acres is less than 2 square miles. Should be able to get the lay of the land in a single day

Understood. I'm more interested in the strategy of covering the land given I will only be able to e-scout and this will be my first western hunt. I also have considerable national forest to hunt next door.
