If you have tried both, which do you like best? If you considered both, which did you buy?

I considered both. One is 5.5oz and one is 12oz. I went with the lighter one and couldn’t be happier. I think the Gunwerks looks like a great alternative to a Ckyepod though.

I am thinking about the same route. i watched some review videos yesterday. They tied the two, but siad the lighter one is less stable. Do you feel as though the Mtn bipod is stable enough? I really did not like that the Gunwerks would not pivot left to right (I don’t mean rotate because it does do that).

I got the mountain bipod with arca.

It is shockingly stable. Unless you are shooting like 1000 yards with it, you won’t be disappointed. I’d try the lighter one first and if it isn’t stable enough, then go heavier.
