Probably a dumb question, but do the factory Tikka 223 mags not work? I’ve not had a Tikka in 223 so I have no idea.
The cartridge length is very short in the factory mag. So if you reload, you’re stuck to book length. Bullets like the 75eldm won’t work unless you load them long.

I checked the thread on 24 hr campfire about the Ascension mags. He’s found a spring supplier, and looks like mags will be $55 or $60 with a spring. That’s a deal in my book since they have been awesome for people

I've used them very little but the tikka factory 223 mags seem to be less than great from a reliability standpoint in addition to being COAL constraining. Have not had similar issues with tikka m+ mags.

That is great news. These mags have been flawless for me, also no dog in the fight here, but they work well and now with a spring included it makes them the best option.

Update:
Received my replacement mag yesterday from MT. I cycled 168 rounds through it, and the only issue I had is what I think was a short stroke of the bolt. My other mag was already greatly malfunctioning at this round count, so looking good.
