MR Shoulder strap mod

So I just got done with a 7 day elk hunt using my sawtooth 45. Worked well for what I needed it to do. The one con I kept finding was the shoulder straps just seem thin and dig into my arm after some time. Especially with some weight.

Wondering if anyone's done any mods to their shoulder straps on MR packs or any other packs for that matter. Saw the Tom Bihn straps mentioned on another forum. Curious as to what's worked best for people.
