MR Metcalf Sale at Gearfool

Ive been in the market for a new pack for my upcoming CO elk hunt. Was looking at Stone Glacier and all the other brands but noticed Gearfool had the Metcalf on sale for $140 off. Decided to pull the trigger and use the extra money to help fund upgrading my tripod setup. I'm curious to hear from any other Metcalf users on any enhancements/add ons or tips they have with their pack. Quick release rifle sling suggestions, adding on the gravelly or stick it, fixes for any squeaks in the frame or the loose waist band strap. Appreciate any feedback.

I use the Kifaru gun bearer on mine. It rides comfortably and securely, rifle comes out of it extremely quickly. Downside is that it’s easy to flag the guy in front of you on the trail going uphill. I set mine up as vertical as possible to minimize this issue.
Nalgene holder is Amazon and attached to the opposite side of the belt.
