MR/Camelbak bag ID help please?

Anyone know anything about this bag?

I just got it used knowing nothing about it except that it fits a NICE frame. It seems to be about 3000cui and sports the trizip design. The tag does not list any serial numbers or anything, only a date and an inspection mark.

What has me puzzled is the extra flap that zips over the frame attachment points. It is not deep enough to be used with a frame attached. Was this to convert this bag into a duffle or something life that?

I don't know their products that well but it looks to be one of their military packs. If you go to their website and peruse them you might find it. I don't think the hunting packs have that much webbing.

It doesn't match any of the current line. . . It looks to be a precursor to the overload 3 zip and long bow? I'm sure we won't be able to glean all the details (the pack is dated 2004), I'm mostly just curious about the extra rear panel.
