I am mounting a scope to a savage long range hunter and noticed the rear of the Weaver rail is leveled with action but towards the front of the rail it is favoring one side.
I’m assuming this is an issue where the screws were drilled? Wanted to see if anyone had this come up.
I’m planning to level to the rear of the base with the scope as well. I’m open to other ideas or suggestions for help as I’ve never come across this.
