Mounting rings on Tikka T3x

I have Talley light rings for my Tikka... (No paperwork for either, and it ain't stolen!).
Anyone know the torque range for the screws going into the Tikka Tx3 receiver? (It's a roughtech).

Talley's website says check with rifle manufacturer, and Tikka's website doesn't seem to say.

Base screw torque isn't listed on the Talley paperwork anyway as it's action dependent. Cap screw are 18-20.

Base screws at 30 lbs, and rings just under 20! Set to go.
I don't know if I've been this excited to shoot a new rifle in a Long time!
