Mounting a Tight Spot to a Fast Eddie XL

I recently purchased a Spot Hogg Fast Eddie XL and have really been enjoying shooting with it. Now that it’s about to be Turkey season I went to mount my Tight Spot quiver to my sight base and found out it’s not as straight forward as I thought it would be. I can mount my quiver but I lose a lot of the adjustability of the quiver because it interferes with the set screw for the dove tail base of the sight. My sight did come with another set screw but that requires you use an Allen wrench to adjust the length of the dove tail. Is that what I am supposed to use when my quiver is installed? It makes it not as convenient to adjust the length of the dove tail (like when I put my bow back in its case). I’d appreciate any insight anyone may have. Thanks, Brian

I called spot hogg with the same issue and they said the knob is for use without a quiver and the allen set screw is for mounting with a quiver

It’s not really an issue with the spot Hoggs, but tight spot does have an additional adapter piece for sliding sights that will give you a lot more adjustment of what you have with the standard bracket isn’t good enough

I appreciate the help and will look further into the tight spot adaptor. For now though I’ll just use the extra set screw
