Mountain Mag Digi scope adapter- Great

I had been messing around this spring trying to find the best digiscope adapter for my needs. I didn't really want a special phone case, I had an iphone 15pro and wanted to utilize that telepohoto lens if I could. And I wanted quick and easy alignment. everyone has their favorite, but after a lot of reviews and videos for my needs, the wife and kids bought me the Mountain Mag setup from Epoch Outdoors as a Fathers Day gift.

Their customer service was great (this is just a couple in Bozeman making these as they work their way through college). Arrived in a decent time window and works great! I already had a UAG phone case wth strong magnet and their adapter just snaps to the back, and they snaps to the eyepiece. Then you can rotate to use your telephoto lens.....with that, you need to use an aftermarket camera app to make the camera use that lens - I find the Phone Skope app works best for pics and video. $120 all in, but works slick for me.

Not sure how different your camera is from my 16 pro max. But if your turn off the “macro” option you don’t need an aftermarket camera app. I just tape a button when I open the camera.

Then I can zoom in to activate the other lens

Thanks! Will try that - I thought you had to disable it in settings through the main menu and I didn't want to go back and forth all the time from when scoping to normal use.
