Moose Valley Outfitters - bear tag?

I’m heading to Newfoundland September 15th with MVO for Moose. My group is still torn on whether or not we pick up bear tags (if we even can at this point.) Anyone who has gone with MVO in the last few years have an opinion? I’d be interested in hearing from others who have hunting Newfoundland as well.

Better to have a tag and not need it VS watch a big boar walk by and not have one

What Nick said above..... . I'd recommend checking ahead to be sure tags can be purchased at camp/ lodge and then when you arrive ask the guides how much sign they've seen to make your best call.
