Montana solo options

Hola! I have 10 days in May to hunt black bears in MT. Was originally planning Cabinets but buddy cancelled and I will be solo. Any leads or general areas in Mt where I won't be solo in grizzly country? Will backpack in for a week!. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Cabinets solo a stupid idea?

No need to backpack in for days.
Best option is to truck camp and day hunt. Plenty camping around.

I live in the Cabinets area. I do plenty of solo hunting. I just stay well practiced with my 10mm and keep my head on a swivel. That being said the hunting sucks here, the grizzlies are ravenous, wolves kill all the game, and the meth heads will gut you if the cougars don't. I would keep away...

Heading to southwest Montana for my first hunt in Grizzly country. Trying to decide if truck camping is better than packing it in and spiking from a grizz standpoint. Thoughts, suggestions?
