Been on a dry spell for elk on my OTC general tags the past few years. Decided to try a LE unit four eleven this year to see some different country and hunt some different mtn ranges. Was able to draw it and am looking forward to a change of scenery in a new part of the state to me. I know public access is tough as there are only a few access points and it will get pounded opening weekend. Looking at taking some days mid week both archery and if not any luck then back for rifle a few times. Archery will be putting in some miles and chasing bugles. Rifle hoping to find some glassing spots to look over big country and pick it apart all day long. Any info or tips from guys who have drawn this tag and hunted it before is appreciated via PM’s.
