Continuing to try to convert my right handed rifles into leftys. For sale or will work a trade with cash either way that get's me a LH action or donor rifle for a build (Savage 10, Mauser, Tikka, custom, etc.).

Savage 16 Weather Warrior 260 Rem - Machine work by Blackjack Guns, Austin, TX. Other smith work by Sam at Sportsman's Finest. Barrel left as close to original length (22) as possible and recrowned with a recessed target crown. Glass bedded into a Boyd's stock, Timney trigger kit (essentially amounting to replacement springs) and trigger currently set to 2 lbs 4 oz. Will come with the 1" DNZ mount that is currently on it. Gun is a tack driver with Sierra 120's and H4350, previous owner reported excellent results with 140's and the same powder. Between 125-150 rounds down the tube. $600 plus shipping $550 shipped CONUS to your FFL.
Scope is NOT included in sale...but I have a Leupold VXIII 2.5-8 that I can put on it for $250.

No idea...I'll weigh it later and post back here.

EDIT: I weighed it on a travel scale which is all I have laying around. With the scope it's just tickling 9 pounds. As has previously been mentioned in other threads, a Boyd's stock isn't a lightweight to begin with and this one is a vertical grip and pretty hefty. Could shave at least a pound with careful material removal.
