Hold the bolt body in left hand. Grab back end (shroud) in right hand and rotate it clockwise until the button you circled clicks into its notch, and the cocking piece cams back into its detent. It will take some effort. Then put it back in the gun.
Then put it back on middle safety. Push the button and unscrew the shroud to clean. As shown in video.
