Is the MOAR 30moa recital a good hunting recital?

It’s a decent reticle. 30 MOA is an obscene amount of holdover that is not really usable for hunting. It would better if they gave you 10 moa worth of holds, and bring the bold dark lines further in to draw your eye to center faster. It seems very fine at first, but it’s been my experience that it works just fine, even in low light or broken, dark backgrounds. I have used the illumination once while hunting at very last light, and could have shot without it, but it does help.

Is it usable? Yes of course. Is it the best option? Depends on your use. I am not a huge fan due to large sub-tensions. That said, I still have two scopes with that reticle
