Anyone finished this program on here?
I'm on week 3 these 10 miler AB workouts are making me question sanity!!!!!
It took me 13 rounds to get 10 miles on the bike
I average .82 miles in 2 minutes
So that was 130 reps of bench press at 205lbs
130 gobblet squat with 53 lbs
230 lunge jumps

I was like that was a bear, then I looked at tomorrows LOL!!!
 
Havent done it but sounds tough? Some number of reps per round and as far as you can get in 2 minutes? Until you get to 10 miles?

I just thought yesterday was tough today was leg central!
Apparently this week is all 10 milers!
Same thing as far as you can get in 2 minutes
Then 5 heavy squats I did 295
Then 10 gobblet squats with a high raise mixed in so its like 20 reps!
Then 20 lunge jumps and you are finished one round!
Today I pushed harder on the bike but rested more in between averaged .91 and almost puked multiple times!
So I only had to do 11 sets today!, My eyes are blood shot like a Meth head 2 hrs later!!
Its tough all the way around!
But those white sheep need two things to kill them LEGS and LUNGS!
