I am looking for some glass for an Optima ML for deer hunting. I am using the RS1.2 on my rifles but its way overkill for this application. I originally mounted a very old weaver 4x but given the rail position its hard to get proper eye relief and the scope is frankly pretty beat up. Something around a fixed 4 or fixed 6 seems ideal. Longish eye relief and durability are a priority and ideally want to keep it $500 or less though there is some wiggle room. I wish the SWFA 6x were still around. Im not finding anything that seems right for this.
