i'd leave it alone. shorter arrow = stiffer spine. more weight a the tip = weaker dynamic spine. more weight in the nock = stiffer dynamic spine.
10gr over the length of the arrow is not that significant. when concentrated at the front or rear of the arrow you may start to see a shift in point of impact. after you stretch out the range to around 200 yards you'll need to account for those 10 grains but most folks don't have to worry about that.
