Minimum velocity for SST

Does anyone know a minimum velocity for the Hornady 200gr SST in .40 cal?


I'm not getting quite the velocity I thought, trying to determine a max range.

Well I called. After about 20 seconds on hold I spoke to someone, was told reliable expansion down to 1200 fps.
