Mid-weight base camp tent

Looking for suggestions on a mid-weight base camp style tent for 4 seasons

Parameters as follows
1. Must fit 3 people on cotts and their gear
2. All three people must be able to stand up at the same time.
3. Under 30lbs with poles
4. Small enough to pack into a float plane
5. Needs to be able to take high winds.

Would be nice if it had a stove jack but not necessary.
