Meopta doesn't make an 8x42 HD Meostar.

The newer Meostar B1.1 has HD glass. Their Meopro also has HD glass. This B1 glass is still exceptional.

I agree, Meostar glass, whether HD or not is fantastic. I was just pointing out that you won't find "HD" on the side of and older 8x42 Meostar. I'm tempted to buy these myself anyway.

10x42, 12x50, and 15x56 are the only Meostars with fluorite hd glass. No clue why they didn’t make the 8x42, 8x32, and 10x50 with it
