Yellowstone game processors between Livingston and Bozeman have done excellent work on many of my animals. Like the vacuum pack bags and nice people.

I live in Livingston and have used all of the above suggestions. Make the 25 min drive and go to big timber meats. Excellent product and great customer service.
Have literally had Matt from Matt's meats yelling and swearing at me over the phone when I refused to pay a storage charge for 20 lbs of elk german sausage that he took 6 weeks to do and I was out of town (he knew I was going to be gone for a month guiding) He offers a great product but is a dick and I'm not the only one I know to have run ins with him.
Yellowstone has a great product but highly unlikely you'll get your own meat back if you go later in the season. They literally have deer and elk stacked up on trailers like cord wood outside of the shop. Nice people but they get a very high volume of animals.
