WTB Meat Hauling Pack

I’ve got a friend looking for a new day pack for elk hunts. Must have a shelf. He is 5’9” with a 32” waist. He’s been looking at the Kuiu 2300 Pro and similar packs. Let me know what you have that would work. Thanks!
