Meat bags...

Contractor bags are never recommended for meat. Those might work, but they look messy.

I recommend them all the time, as long as you're using it to hold actual game bags.

Been using contractor bags for years (for transport) without issue.

Correct, I should have expanded a bit. Transport is one thing, for sure. I line my pack with contractor bags to contain the blood. However, I have seen guys stating that's "ALL" they use. Bad juju as they hold/build heat and don't breathe.

I recieved them in the mail yesterday. Impressions...they look good. Especially for the price, but I should have bought the larger size. I can probably fit two deer backstraps and the tenderloins in one and maybe a boned out ham in the other. Obviously that's not enough capacity. I would neet 2 or 3 more small bags. I think I'm going to order one of the larger size.
