FM, the Kifaru Meat Baggies, are fairly roomy. With two, I can get all but the largest of deer in them, boned out. I have a two of the quarter size meat baggies also, which if you use for boned out meat, one will take everything in one except elk. I prefer the smaller meat baggie size as it gives the boned out meat more structure. With the exception of moose and elk, everything else will probably be two.

I carry two meat baggies and two quarter baggies. They are soo light its easy to carry them. I also have some tag bags that I take. I would say two meat baggies for 1 mule deer. 5 for an elk.

I usually use the tag bags as the game bags. but use the kifaru meat baggies for packing boned out meat as it doesn't ball up.
