Yes, totally scammed. Waiting on PayPal to complete their investigation. Hopefully they go after the person or persons.
The scammer sent a bogus receipt or something saying they sold me software or computer tech or something. They supposed to of emailed it to me or something.

Post what paypal tells you. I have always heard that you can not use paypal for firearms related items.
