The one you’re looking at is one-way locking, meaning it actively locks up in the straight (firing) position, but not in the folded position. The one I have is two way locking and actively locks up in the folded position as well, and is $220 new.

Thank you for clarifying. I saw that but have been looking for the lighter version so I substituted models. My mistake.
