Do they come from McMillan with a recoil lug? Is it bedded in?

My A5 had one in it when I got it and as far as bedded, not certain but it’s definitely in there tight after a couple of tugs with my hand.

The inletting is top notch and recoil lug is in very tight for the Tikkas. Pain pen the action screws and torque them down to 55” lbs with factory plastic and you’re golden.
