Up for sale or trade is a slightly used McMillan Game Hunter stock for a Remington Long-Action with BDL bottom metal. A good friend of mine purchased this from RedHawk Rifles (https://redhawkrifles.com/mcmillan-game-hunter-remington-700-long-action/) to put his 7RM 700 in. He used it for a hunting season and then decided to rebarrel that rifle to a 300 PRC and put it in a chassis.
He traded this to me for some work that I did on his motorcycle. As I don't have a LA R700, I don't have much use for it, but I figured someone on here might.
Here are the specs:
Rem 700 LA BDL inlet - RH
Woodland Transition camo paint scheme
Rem Varmint or Proof Sendero Lite barrel channel
Double sling studs up front
Edge Fill (I didn't weigh it, but I can if someone wants to know exact weight) - Listed at 1.75lbs
Machined in aluminum pillars
1" Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad
13.5" LOP
If you wish to buy it outright, the price is $500, shipped to your door. I can take most methods of payment.
For trades, I am interested in barrel blanks (no heavies) in 6mm or 7mm (fast twists), or a Tikka prefit in 6mm Creedmoor. If someone has a RokStock that they don't want, I will toss in a bit of cash to trade for that. I will also entertain a trade for a stripped R700 action with a standard or .223 bolt face. For that trade, I will cover any FFL fees on your end if you have to ship via an FFL.
