Cow elk shot last week 300win 168MB 150 yards, muzzle 3150fps, exit, shot behind the shoulder, double lung, 2nd photo shows petal damage exiting hind quarter.

Here a few recovered bullets in different forms. Left AK Black bear, 300 win 190MB prototype 350 yards, mz 2890, shot straight on, found in the back fat. Middle WYO Bighorn sheep shot straight on in its bed 125MB 6.5x284 150yds. Right: 3 petals found on off side hide of big bull elk.

30 Sherman mag, 195gr going 3050fps. Used .700 G1 for bc. This shot was at 700’ elevation and 981yds. Sure looks like they work to me. Bullet was found on offside hide through shoulder. So close to exiting, it actually punctured a hole with blood on the outside of the hide. Impressive.

How far off are you loading these? I have a customer that sent me these bullets for a 300 lapua AI build
