Mcarbo trigger spring

Anybody put a Mcarbo trigger spring on a Winchester 70? If so how did you like it? Since you remove the two nuts it seems like there is no adjustment.

I did one in a ruger American. Not quite as good as a timney but at 10.% of the cost I recommend it. Sorry no help on the model 70 portion

Cant help with the 70, but have put one in a cheap 12ga shotgun for slug gun hunting 7lb to 5lb and in an old Remington 760 pump rifle 5lb to 3.5lb
Very happy with the results.
