I bought the RS2 this winter to try and in my option thought the eye relief was terrible. Returned it right away and used the funds to save for another rs1.2. I have not seen many reviews for the maven CRS series of scopes, but if they have good eye relief that may fit your budget and range considerations.
Many of the folks on here will recommend trijicon, maven rs1.2, SWFA scopes. I have not used any trijicon so hopefully others will have some input for you there. Also if you use the search function you will likely come across some feedback in other threads on both scopes. Good luck!
