The little thumb lever to turn the magnifier on mine fell off.
Maybe it's not loc tited in the factory or mine was an anomaly, IDK

Maven sent me another promptly upon notification

You might check to see if yours is snug or pull it and put on a little
loctite or your favorite color nail polish ( if you're into that kinda thing ;) )

The set screw allen head is 1.5 MM. An imperial set of allen wrenches will
not have one that works.

1.5mm is about one ball hair shy of 1/16", it would be worth a try with your freedom wrench set before purchasing new ones just for this little dingus.

The rubber ring out the outside of the diopter on mine started coming off on the first hunt I took it on and won’t stay on at all anymore. They offered to send me a replacement but claimed it is extremely easy to get wrong so I just said I’d send it to them. They’re taking care of me so no complaints, just an issue pretty early on in the life of a scope tho it has 0 effect on the function of the scope.

Maybe anomalies, maybe not.
There is so much inferior crap being produced nowadays, from
pickups, cars, appliances on down, that I think it's good to point
out issues, however small, in case there's a trend that needs addressing.

BTW: I love my Maven.

I'm seeing 3.1 mils between 2 and 3. Are my eyes deceiving me?

That's an RS.1 which is an MOA only scope. Has to be a custom turret. It doesn't match the product page/Wyoming Arms turret you can get from Maven for that scope and there's also 5 hashes between 3 and 3 1/2 and it looks the same from 3 1/2 to 4.

Ahhh, ballistic turret. Guess I didn't ponder that. You're likely spot on with that.

Had this same issue. Didn’t find it hard to put back into place. Annoyed it comes off in the first place though.
