What do you mean eye cup falls off?

When you take the protective eye cover off the rubber eye relief cup comes with it sometimes. Just pop it back on and good to go. Probably not supposed to come off that easy, I’ve heard of people putting tiny dab of super glue on binoculars when it happens but never felt the need.

Contacted Maven Customer Service. Warranty is transferrable with ownership. A claim would need to be started for Maven to look at the scope, shipping cost, and time delay I would be willing to offer
$350.
