Lite typically means reduced reliability.20oz is lighter than I expected for a 34mm
15 % off, I’m going to try one out.
I don't think they state that anywhere on the product page for the ra.6Lite typically means reduced reliability.
I like how they had 1 model accidentally pass the drop test, now every scope they come out with is “Robust & designed for durability”
Between that and Spomer Maven is starting to get a little to cringe for me.
Looks to have a lot of great features, not sure on the reticle yet…. I really like the FC-MIL nx8.Sweet,
Let us know please.
Have you ever shot a 34mm optic?Really can’t understand the 34mm obsession and reticle. Seems pretty tactical. Turret and “robust” sound great.
Trijicon has similar optic this year that’s new.
Ya, I can't imagine you need the extra elevation in the turret for a scope with 10 power at the top end. Or only a 28mm objective. You're not going to be using this past 1000.Really can’t understand the 34mm obsession and reticle. Seems pretty tactical. Turret and “robust” sound great.

The 1.2 accidentally passed? Wasn't is designed to pass?Lite typically means reduced reliability.

The high zoom ratio trend is one that I would really like to see end… They always seem to end up having worse glass and more critical eye boxes compared to a lower zoom ratio scope. Also is hard to implement a good FFP reticle across the whole zoom range.Being it's 10x(As in 10 times the bottom number) on the magnification, I bet the image quality isn't all that great at the higher end. No scope with 10x is.
No they said in a podcast they did not do anything intentional as far as design was involved with durability. The 1.2 accidentally passed? Wasn't is designed to pass?

Negative. Had a 35mm mark 5 HD. Have never needed the elevation travel on a hunting rifle. They are normally heavier/beefier obviously, and I prefer to stay out of the 30oz plus ATACRs etc. This one is lighter which is cool, maybe the extra tube helps with the optical design/space as well?Have you ever shot a 34mm optic?
It’s possible the over all setup just happens to fit me better.Negative. Had a 35mm mark 5 HD. Have never needed the elevation travel on a hunting rifle. I should clarify by obsession, I meant manufacturers, not your personal choice on optic. It’s possible the over all setup just happens to fit me better.
But I feel like the atacr is much friendlier to get behind easily, and do not hesitate to carry it.
