Mathews Arc

Pat from the Bowsite has a YouTube vid on the new Arc thats excellent.

It appears they are working more on bow stabilization especially after the shot. It appears they accomplished that......... though it takes their own Mathews specific products to do it- (read expensive)

I shot the ARC 30 against my LiftX 29.5 and the Hoyt AX3 29. I didn't really see much of any different in shooting the ARC. The Hoyt was a smoother easier drawing bow when all else was equal and I thought it was more dead in the hand. All 3 are great bows though and you can't really go wrong. I'll stick with my LiftX.

What can I look up to see that video?

I shot the 34 with nothing but rest and sight and was shocked how still it sat after the shot. Zero rocking. No fall forward or back. Still basically exactly where it was through the shot. I paid right then and picked it up on Saturday. Thing is fast too. Almost no vibration but it’s a Mathews so no shock there.

I hated the lift and lift x. Haven’t loved a Mathews since Vertix/VXR and have been shooting almost exclusively Hoyt. For me, this Arc 34 is the best Mathews I’ve shot.
