I have one from walmart that was like $50-75. No complaints. Works fine. I couldn't justify the cost of a theragun, and for the amount of use it gets I'm glad I didn't splurge for the theragun.

For those with back pain, a foam roller and a tennis ball or lacrosse ball is the best I have found. I do not have back issues but sometimes get very sore from working out. Laying on and rolling around on that tennis ball hurts so dang bad at first but then it gets everything loosened up.

I started off real cheap and drilled a hole in a golf ball and epoxied it to a blade for my dewalt jigsaw that I already owned. I used that for years. My wife got me a thera gun elite which is 1000x better than the jigsaw. It helps a lot.

Take it from me though, skip the jigsaw and just buy a good massage gun.
