My late uncle had one. I was always shocked at how lite it was for how long it was. I never shot it, another late uncle ended up with it.

My cousin had one back in the day. Marlin put out a recall due to some bolt lug failures and when he sent his gun in, they sent him a credit voucher back for another gun and destroyed his. A lot of them went that way, making the remaining guns far more valuable than they should be.
I had Mossberg‘s version with a polychoke. What it lacked and looks, it also lacked in function and shootability.
