I purchased a Mark V Live Wild in .280 Ackley Improved and love it. It’s basically the same rifle with a different finish and a few different features. It’s not an ultralight, carbon fiber, but I feel it bridges the gap between weight savings and price quite well.

Mine is about as accurate as can be expected of a rifle that has a thin profile barrel. Three shots in darn near a ragged hole. After the first 3 the group will grow a little bit but still plenty manageable. For a big game rifle that shouldn’t matter too much I wouldn’t think.
